Shipping policy

We accept returns, just contact us within 14 days and ship back within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom or personalized items can't be returned.

While we take great care in packaging items, if an item is damaged a claim can be filed using required documentation from the carrier. Please reach out to us in the event of any damage during shipping, most parts can be replaced quickly while a claim is being processed.

Order delays beyond the stated process time may be possible due to supply delays/shortages. Ships to 48 contiguous US states. Shipping Via UPS Ground.
