Return Policy
We accept returns, just contact us within 14 days and ship back within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Returns can be sent to 306 Lincoln Street Tamaqua, PA 18252. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom or personalized items can't be returned. We do not accept returns for items that have small imperfections due to natural wood movement or look. For example, hair line crack between rail and style of a shaker door is a common place for a natural movement to cause a paint crack.
While we take great care in packaging items, if an item is damaged a claim can be filed using required documentation from the carrier. Please reach out to us in the event of any damage during shipping, most parts can be replaced quickly while a claim is being processed. The claim helps us recover costs and holds the carrier responsible. We will ask for pictures of the packaging and the item to fulfill the carriers claim requirements.
